It does not automatically apply to digital products, booked sessions, or completed services unless otherwise stated by HaloFy Gaming.

HaloFy Gaming may also review eligible requests for unused products returned in their original condition and packaging within a reasonable return window.

Items That May Not Be Returnable

  • Used or damaged items not caused by delivery error or verified manufacturing defect.
  • Products returned without original packaging or important accessories where those are necessary for resale or inspection.
  • Digital products, download access, academy materials, or completed account-based services once delivered or activated.
  • Session bookings or reservations that have already been used or fully performed.
  • Clearance, custom, or special-order items where a no-return condition was disclosed before purchase.

Return Request Process

Customers should contact HaloFy Gaming promptly after discovering a problem. A return request should include the customer’s name, order reference, contact details, a clear explanation of the issue, and supporting photos or evidence where relevant.

Submitting a request does not automatically mean the return has been approved. HaloFy Gaming may review the details first and confirm whether the item qualifies for return, exchange, repair support, partial refund, or another form of resolution.

Condition Requirements

Where a return is approved for a non-defective physical item, the item should usually be unused, clean, complete, and in substantially the same condition in which it was delivered. If the product includes manuals, cables, tags, accessories, or protective packaging, those materials should generally be returned with the item.

Damaged Or Incorrect Deliveries

If a product arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, customers should notify HaloFy Gaming as soon as possible after delivery. Delayed reporting may affect our ability to verify the issue with couriers, suppliers, or inventory records.

Refunds And Exchanges

Where HaloFy Gaming approves a refund, replacement, or exchange, the remedy offered may depend on stock availability, the nature of the issue, and the condition of the returned product. A refund may be processed to the original payment method or another agreed method where appropriate.

Shipping fees, transfer charges, or other transaction-related costs may or may not be refundable depending on the circumstances of the return.

Digital Products, Academy, And Services

Because digital course access, downloadable materials, and service-based purchases are typically consumed once delivered or activated, they are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where HaloFy Gaming expressly agrees otherwise.

Bookings and gaming sessions may be rescheduled or handled case-by-case where notice is given in advance, but this does not create a blanket entitlement to refunds for every booking-related change.

Inspection And Final Decision

HaloFy Gaming may inspect returned items before a final decision is made on refund, replacement, or exchange. Where a return request is rejected because the item does not meet the stated conditions, the item may be returned to the customer or other arrangements may be discussed.

We may revise this Return Policy from time to time to reflect changes in products, operations, or legal obligations. The latest published version will apply to new purchase-related issues from the date it becomes active on the website.
